It was suggested that you not have your groups very large or you will have to make an exhorbitant amount of cookies yourself. Have 12 people (counting yourself in the exchange. Each one will contribute a dozen to the 11 other people. This means they will have to bake 11 dozen cookies. Have fun and enjoy!
