BING CHERRY COCONUT BREAD
1 C coconut milk
Makes 1-1/2 pound loaf. Set bread machine to white or basic setting, crust light to medium. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order of your breadmaker instructions. Start and follow bread maker directions.
The dried cherries, coconut and almonds can be added at the beginning or at the beep or otherwise appropriate time for your machine.

SUNFLOWER BREAD
This tasty, nutty bread is great for sandwiches or toast.
Sunflower Bread

2-1/3 T honey
1/2 egg (either yolk or white)
1/2 t salt
3/4 C whole wheat flour
3/4 C rolled oats
1-1/2 C bread flour
3 t rapid or quick yeast
1/3 C dried bing cherries
1/3 C flaked coconut
3 T sliced almonds
